Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Chesapeake Bay Program Office (CBPO) is announcing a Request for Applications (RFA) for eligible applicants to administer a program to accelerate implementation of agricultural Best Management Practices (BMPs) in the most effective basins within the Chesapeake Bay watershed of Pennsylvania. The intent of this RFA is to assist the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in achieving its 2025 water quality goals under theChesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and its Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP).
