Description

This project will support U.S.-Colombia counternarcotics goals by building the CNP’s institutional capabilities to provide CNP wounded warriors in eradication and counterdrug operations with improved medical and psychological rehabilitation, access to vocational training and employment opportunities, and the ability to rebuild their lives and give back to their communities through social inclusion activities. The CNP will benefit by incorporating the skills of some of these dedicated and skilled officers into new or revised roles in its organization and helping the others to find appropriate employment outside the police force.
