ISN/CTR’s SP Team seeks programmatic proposals to build partner capacity and leverage open source data to identify, prevent, and disrupt proliferator state sales of ACW to states of proliferation concern, as well as the associated financial and logistics elements of these transactions through the following lines of effort: Financial Chilling Action Plans, Logistics Hardening, Countering ACW Disinformation, and Countering Private Military Companies.
