USAID/Senegal (Sahel regional office): Addendum to YouthPower 2 (YP2) Annual Program Statement No.: 7200AA20APS00007 Issue Date: December 08,2020 Closing Date for submission of concept Papers: January 04, 2019;1:00 Pm, GMT Subject: Amendment #1 to USAID/Senegal (Sahel regional office): Addendum to YouthPower 2 (YP2) Annual Program Statement No.: 7200AA20APS00007 Program Title: USAID/Mauritania: NAFOORE Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 98.001 Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Senegal /Sahel regional Office (SRO) is making a special call for submission of concept papers from qualified entities to implement the program entitled “Nafoore” in the Republic of Mauritania. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Senegal /SRO may allocate up to $17,000,000 over the course of five(5) years . Eligible organizations interested in submitting a Concept Paper are required to carefully read this APS addendum as well as the full YouthPower APS announcement, which can be found at: https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=325906 .Reading those materials is essential to understanding the program description, concept paper submission requirements and the review and evaluation process. Eligibility is discussed in Section C of this addendum.
