Description

The United States Government, represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID) in Guatemala, is seeking comments on a draft Program Description (PD) for the Basic Education Quality and Transition to Lower Secondary Activity. This Request for Information (RFI) offers the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to provide recommendations on approaches for the implementation of this activity. USAID plans to issue a Request for Applications (RFA) within the next few months, subject to availability of funds. This RFI is open for comments from any interested U.S. and Non‐U.S. organizations.
