The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to solicit applications for award of one cooperative agreement to provide financial and technical support for the operation of the Center for Excellence in Project Finance (CEPF). Under the planned award, the selected cooperative agreement Recipient shall manage, operate and maintain CEPF.The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number for this NOFO is 20.205, Highway Training and Education. The information immediately below (subsections 2, 3 and 4) describes how CEPF contributes to FHWA’s training and education program and identifies new opportunities in response to evolving Federal initiatives.
