Description
The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica is pleased to announce a notification of a funding opportunity (NOFO), for a cooperative agreement to carry-out an external evaluation of the work of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro’s Digital Forensic Center. This notice is subject to availability of funding. Purpose of the Evaluation: The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Podgorica, Montenegro, announces a notification of funding opportunity (NOFO) for a cooperative agreement to carry-out an external evaluation of the work of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro’s Digital Forensic Center (DFC). We are seeking proposals from non-Montenegrin based organizations for a comprehensive evaluation of the work of the DFC, including recommendations to strengthen the impact of the DFC. PAS intends to issue one award (cooperative agreement) for up to $150,000. The period of performance is tentatively 12 months, with an anticipated start date of October 2021.
