The United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Burma) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified US and non-US organizations to implement the Local Empowerment And Resilience Network (LEARN) Activity in which USAID seeks to provide up to $30,000,000 in total USAID funding over a period of up to 5-years. The purpose of this Activity is to empower citizens and communities in Burma to develop and strengthen collaboration between civil society, ethnic service providers, and local administration/community-established governance structures to increase local agency, encourage social cohesion, and meet community needs.
