Description
The purpose of this Grant is to fund the Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC), sponsoredby the Navy League of the United States. The grant fund is to further the NSCC youthdevelopment, education and training program supported by OPNAVINST 5760.5E andCongressionally charted by Public Law 87-655 and Public Law 111-84. This will be a sole-source requirement.No applications are expected other than from the Mandatory source.
