Description

The FHWA hereby requests an application for assistance from American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA).to result in the award of a new Cooperative Agreement, entitled, “National Work Zone Safety Information Clearinghouse.”The purpose of this NOFO is to solicit one application for continued operation and maintenance of the National Work Zone Safety Information Clearinghouse and will result in the distribution of up to $2.65 million. The actual amount available to be awarded under this notice will be subject to the availability of funds. The purpose of this anticipated award is to provide funding to continue operation and maintenance of the National Work Zone Safety Information Clearinghouse. The recipient will be required to produce, collect, assemble, organize, and disseminate information relating to improvement of roadway work zone safety. This information includes but is not limited to roadway work zone safety "best practices," crash statistics and trends, laws, regulations, public awareness campaigns, products, training, and educational materials.
