The objective of this FOA is to support a U24 Data Analysis and Coordination Center for the PsychENCODE Consortium, focused on the discovery and characterization of the full spectrum of human-specific non-coding functional genomic elements across brain regions, cell types, and developmental time periods and their role(s) in the molecular pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders.
