To advise State Workforce Agencies, or agencies designated by Governors as “Cooperating State Agencies” (CSAs) (also jointly referred to as “states”) of the state distribution amounts of FY 2023 TAA Program TaOA funds by completing and submitting Standard Form (SF) 424, Application for Federal Assistance, through www.grants.gov. The 10 percent limitation on use of TaOA funds for state administration, DOES NOT APPLY to the FY 2023 TaOA funds.
