Description
The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)/Mali, is seeking input from interested organizations, individuals and potential offerors who may provide comments, input, opinions, and recommendations in response to the proposed questions outlined in this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an opportunity for industry and stakeholder professionals in the field of basic education and education in crisis and conflict tointegrate their technical expertise and analysis into a potential USAID/Mali education activity design. USAID/Mali is considering a new basic education activity to improve learning outcomes for conflict-affected primary school students in central and/or northern Mali thus is conducting exploratory research.This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information gathering and planning purposes. The RFI does NOT represent any award commitment on the part of the U.S Government and it does NOT obligate the U.S Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any feedback to the RFI questions. Information received as part of this RFI shall become the property of USAID therefore proprietary information that cannot be shared should not be sent. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted on www.grants.gov.
