Description

This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) announces the availability of up to $4.3 billion for the for competitive grants to eligible applicants to implement GHG reduction programs, policies, projects, and measures (collectively referred to as “GHG reduction measures,” or “measures”) identified in a PCAP developed under a CPRG planning grant. Lead organizations for CPRG planning grants must submit their PCAPs to EPA by the deadline of March 1, 2024, in order for lead organizations and other eligible applicants under this announcement to submit grant applications to fund measures contained in those plans. EPA anticipates awarding approximately 30 to 115 grants ranging between $2 million and $500 million under this general competition.
