Description

The purpose of this NOFO is to invite the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (the Alabama State Designated State Agency for the Title II Formula Grant Program) to apply for a supplemental award to their existing FY 2023 Title II Formula Grant award. As a result of OJJDP’s revised FY 2023 compliance determination for the Deinstitutionalization of Status Offenders (DSO) core requirement in the state of Alabama, an additional $149,341 in Title II funding is now available to add to this award. These funds will be issued as a supplemental award to the state’s existing FY 2023 Title II grant, 15PJDP-23-GG-06120-MUMU.
