The Tribal Management Grant program aims to prepare tribes and tribal organizations for assuming all or part of existing Indian Health Service programs functions services and activities under the Public Law 93 638 Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act as amended and to further develop and improve their health management capabilities.
