Description

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP) assist low income people with HIV access HIV related medications and/or health care coverage. ADAP Emergency Relief Fund (ERF) awards are intended for states/territories that demonstrate the need for additional resources to prevent, reduce, or eliminate ADAP waiting lists or to address ADAP shortfalls. These funds are to be used in conjunction with the RWHAP Part B ADAP and can be used for the provision of medications through direct purchase or health care coverage assistance.
