Pursuant to its Research and Evaluation program, EDA seeks applications to review the attributes of EDA-funded University Centers (UCs), evaluate the types of activities that have the greatest impact, and identify best practices that will enable policymakers and practitioners to more effectively understand the broad impact of the UC program in supporting regional economic development efforts.
