The purpose of this announcement is to initiate a Notice of Intent to issue Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number DE-FOA-0001073 entitled State Energy Program 2014 Competitive Awards. This FOA supports projects in two areas of interest: State Energy Planning and Opportunities for Innovative Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Practices. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS NOTICE. Please do not submit questions or respond to this Notice of Intent. Prospective applicants to the FOA should begin developing partnerships, formulating ideas, and gathering data in anticipation of the issuance of this FOA.
