Review of Abbreviated Applications and selection of finalists is expected to be completed by Monday, March 19, 2018. The application form for the Abbreviated Application, the SF-424, is available at the Forms page on Grants.gov, found at https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/forms/sf-424-family.html#sortby=1, and also at www.physics.nist.gov/pmg. The SF-424 may also be requested by contacting the NIST personnel listed in Section IV.1. of the Full Announcement/NOFO. Only applicants who have been selected by NIST as finalists and are requested to submit a Full Application are permitted to submit Full Applications. Full Applications must be received through Grants.gov no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, on Friday, May 18, 2018. Full Applications received after the deadline will not be reviewed or considered. The application package for the Full Application will be made available at www.grants.gov under Funding Opportunity Number 2018-NIST-PMGP-01, and may only be submitted in response to an invitation from NIST to submit a Full Application for the PMGP.
