The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback from industry, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, and other stakeholders on issues related to Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Grantee Training and Technical Assistance. The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is specifically interested in better understanding the availability of providers that have the ability to directly support WAP Grantees in their efforts to administer an effective WAP program through training on effective management practices and the development of training plans for Grantee staff.
