This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B Base, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Base, ADAP Supplemental, Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI), and Emerging Communities (EC) program. The purpose of this program is to assist states and territories in developing and/or enhancing access to a comprehensive continuum of high quality HIV care and treatment for low-income people with HIV. For the purposes of this program, “states/territories” include the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
