The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL), in coordination with the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs (EAP), announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a project that will increase sub-national, democratic, and people-to-people ties between Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Taiwan.
