Amendment 2 - Cancellation of NOFO #72026725RFA00001 Iraq Civic Engagement Activity. In accordance with the President's Executive Order on Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid, dated January 20, 2025, and ADS 303.3.5.4 USAID is cancelling the Notice of Funding Opportunity #72026725RFA00001 Iraq Civic Engagement Activity. No applications will be accepted. All potential applicants will be given an opportunity to apply for any subsequent or future NOFOs for the program, if appropriate.
