Description

USAID will support implementing partners who can identify and propose evidence-based, child-centered interventions that strengthen systems, communities and families, and enhance the resilience of families to provide safe and nurturing care for their children.The activity will support interventions that align with the U.S. Government's Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity Strategy, the 2020 - 2025 USAID Ghana Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS), and the Government of Ghana’s strategic plans on child protection, development, and care such as the Early Childhood Care and Development Policy, the Child and Family Welfare Policy, the National Strategic Framework on Ending Child Marriage in Ghana, and the National Care Reform Roadmap, Ghana Accelerated Action Plan Against Child Labor, among others. The activity will be implemented in selected areas in Northern, North-East, Savannah, Upper East, and Greater Accra regions.
