THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) – This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or presumes an RFP will subsequently be released. Since this is an RFI and not an RFP, solicitation requests will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service or reimbursement for responses nor provide feedback on submissions. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested or costs incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.
