Description

CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, “Rapid Strengthening and Expansion of Integrated Social Services for People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in the Republic of Mozambique under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.” Approximately $100,000 will be available to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to progressively build an indigenous, sustainable response to the national HIV epidemic through the rapid expansion of innovative, culturally appropriate, high-quality HIV/AIDS prevention and care interventions, and improved linkages to HIV counseling and testing and HIV treatment services targeting rural and other underserved populations.
