This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Advanced Composites Consortium Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) which was posted on July 23, 2014. In accordance with Section 2.3 of the CAN NNL14ZB1001C, Advanced Composites Consortium Support, you are hereby notified of NASA Langley Research Center’s (LaRC) decision to cancel the CAN in its entirety. NASA LaRC assumes no liability (including bid and proposal costs) for canceling the CAN, or for anyone’s failure to receive an actual notice of cancellation, and may, at its discretion, issue a synopsis and revised CAN at a later date.
